Haynes CIP-Film is specifically formulated for Clean-In-Place Systems. This lubricant has a low melting point of 120ºF and is ideal on food processing equipment with frequent lubrication intervals. It is white, smooth, completely odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic.
Common applications include fittings, positive pumps, threads, valves, multi-port flow selectors, plug valves, all sanitary CIP systems, and parts requiring daily lubrication.
Haynes CIP-Film is authorized by the USDA (rated H1) for use in food processing plants for incidental food contact. All ingredients are FDA approved.
