The FDS easily transports products of high or low viscosities and is capable of handling the highest loads without overheating. The solid shafts and large, stable bearings allow it to handle high loads under extreme conditions. It handles both production and CIP, is fully hygienic, and can be easily sterilized. Its front-loading seal and easy casing, cover and screw removal design make the FDS easy to maintain as it does not need to be pulled offline for service.
The FDS has a myriad of advantages to it including suction/pumps entraining air, the ability to pump large solids (soups with chunks, frozen dinner solids, fruit fillings), efficiency on shear-thinning product (yogurt, ketchup, toothpaste), and provides continuous flow/low pulsation.
