Anderson AE Air Eliminator
from $7,118.48
Save 13%
The “AE” air eliminator solves many of the problems associated with air or gas presence in pumped liquids. Line vibration due to 2-phase fl ow, poor fl ow meter measurement accuracy, and product quality issues are a few of the more common negative effects of gas presence in a liquid. As the name suggests, the “AE” series Air Eliminator is designed to remove the air or gas present in these product streams. Designed to be located after the pumping device in a positive pressure line, product enters at a tangent to the wall ofthe vessel, the resultant force stratifi es the incoming product putting the heavier liquidtowards the wall with the lighter aerated product separating towards the center. Thisseparation is then completed by allowing only the liquid at the outer wall to exit the vessel at the bottom located outlet. When a sufficient quantity of air is collected at the center it is automatically vented at the top of the vessel. The fully mechanical design means that no additional control boxes or electrical wiring is needed to operate, simplifying installation and reducing long term ownership cost. Applications for the “AE” can vary from intake receiving systems where the “AE” is used to remove air for proper measurement, to the supply of a filling process for improvement of portion control.

Anderson HMP Turbine Flowmeter
from $156.46
Save 13%
The “HMP” series turbine flowmeter is suited for applications that require an economical and accurate measurement solution. The “HMP” is designed using the proven method of monitoring the rotation of a turbine rotor in a flowing product stream. This is not a modification of an industrial design but a flowmeter designed specifically for sanitary applications. Understanding the requirements of these applications has produced a flowmeter with superior durability. The all 316L SS construction (including rotor), along with a unique 2-piece housing design eliminates the need for internal locking rings to retain internal components. This makes for a truly cleanable design that also provides exceptional performance. When used with the HTS1000 probe, the non-magnetic sensing of the rotor eliminates drag - present in other magnetically sensed turbines. This lack of drag provides better accuracy and extended operational life. These features, coupled with a durable Rulon® bearing and stainless steel shaft, give the “HMP” the ability to handle difficult process requirements such as steam blowdowns and the need to autoclave without difficulty.
