CIP Skid Systems

OCS’s Clean-In-Place skid systems offer a drop in upgrade or replacement to your existing system.  Our skid systems offer you ease of use, portability, and quick installation. A typical CIP skid system consists of 1 or more stainless tanks, routing valves, centrifugal pump, filters, water makeup valves, shell and tube heat exchanger,  process piping and base.   Typical instrumentation includes level sensors, conductivity sensors, flow meters, chart recorder, and RTD’s.
